Responsibilities The Senior Full Stack Web Developer will be responsible for a broad range of technical and collaborative tasks, including: Taking technical ownership of web development projects from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and support.Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, robust, and maintainable full-stack web applications and e-commerce solutions.Supporting and continuously improving existing websites and applications by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and incidents.Developing and maintaining integrations with internal and external systems using RESTful APIs, third-party services, and other technologies.Contributing to the technical architecture and solution design, ensuring adherence to development standards, security practices, and best coding practices.Reviewing and refactoring existing codebases to reduce technical debt, enhance performance, and improve maintainability.Ensuring thorough testing of changes in controlled environments before deployment to production.Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.Supporting development standards, source control, code reviews, CI/CD processes, and deployment practices.Mentoring junior developers, sharing knowledge, and promoting high standards of code quality and engineering best practices.Staying updated with emerging technologies and identifying opportunities to enhance the company's development processes, platforms, and technical capabilities, including automation and AI tools.
