Snr Product Development Manager - Investment

ABOUT THE ORGANISATION A Global Investment Firm is hiring a Senior Product Development Manager within their Investment Management Division. ABOUT THE ROLE Development of new investment products and continuous improvement of existing Investment Solutions for the Sales and Distribution channels.Detailed analysis of market landscape to develop strategy across a diverse range of investment products, structures and identifying sales channels for new products.Collaborating with marketing team globally to ensure product launches and investment initiatives receive optimum exposure to maximise buy-in from global marketsReview and approval of both existing and new Investment marketing materials Responsible for the Product Disclosure Statement process for existing products, track changes, determine market support etcKey point of contact with Investment Managers across the region with a detailed knowledge of their investment suite of productsResearch of global industry sectors, market trends and competitor activities that will enhance the sales process and maximise success Coordination of the RFP / RFI process for prospects, researchers and consultantsAttend client seminars and sales meetings with the Distribution team to provide expert support from a strategic product perspectiveABOUT YOU Degree qualified with a Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a Product Development (or related) role with exposure to Superannuation , Investment Markets or Wealth ProductsStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with multiple vendors and teams across the groupExcellent communications skills and the ability to confidently perform presentations to key decision makers Desired Skills and Experience Product Development Management Investment Strategy Competitor Analysis Superannuation RFP Marketing Sales
