Make a real impact In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior Full Stack Java Engineer to join our AI Software Engineering team. The successful candidate will join PwC Greece's Technology team, a diverse and growing community of engineers and technology professionals at the forefront of AI-powered digital transformation. The team builds modern products and enterprise solutions across AI software engineering, combining strong engineering fundamentals with the latest advancements in Generative AI, intelligent agents, and cloud-native technologies. You will contribute to the design and development of scalable AI-enabled products, applications, and platforms that help leading organizations innovate, automate processes, and unlock new business value in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Implement enterprise level tailor made multi-tier applicationsWork closely and efficiently with the project team of various roles, such as software engineers, quality assurance engineers, devops & cloud engineers, business analysts and the product ownerImplement integration with third party applications / data sources What You Bring Matters Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Sciences or related disciplineAt least four (4) years relevant professional experience in Software Development using Java technologiesWorking experience in Java programming and related frameworks, such Spring, JPA, HibernateSolid experience with Maven for build automation and dependency management Knowledge of React, JavaScript, jQuery, CSSIn-depth knowledge of Databases and SQL experience (any of Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, DB2 or MySQL)Experience with one of the following is a plus: NoSQL (MongoDB), Redis, Kafka, or RabbitMQSound knowledge of client-server architecture and web services (SOAP/REST)Hands-on experience with AI Spec Driven Development (SDD) frameworks such as BMAD-METHOD, Superpowers or GitHub Spec Kit (or similar, e.g. OpenSpec), and the ability to turn specs, plans and tasks into working code with AI coding agentsBe familiar with GitHub, Azure DevOps or similar platform for Version Control and CI/CDCollaborated with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver sprint goals on timeAbility to draft technical documentation and having analytical skills to design algorithmsAbility and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAbility to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English & in Greek)Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships BRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAY Your skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
