Full Stack Developer – Data and AI Solutions

WORK YOU'LL DO As a Full Stack Engineer, you will design and build cloud-native web applications that are performant, secure and genuinely useful to the people who use them. You will work across the stack — React on the front end, Python on the back end — and own your code through to production on Azure or GCP. You will work in areas like FinTech, Retail, Consumer Goods and many more. You will also be expected to work with AI coding assistants as a standard part of your toolkit. We are not looking for people who avoid them, nor for people who accept their output uncritically. We are looking for engineers who can direct these tools well, review what comes back with a sharp eye, and ship higher quality work faster as a result. Your day to day will include participating in daily scrums, shaping and implementing user stories end to end, writing tests, reviewing pull requests (human- and AI-authored), and maintaining the pipelines that get your work into production. Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with team members and clients to understand requirements and propose solutionsBuilding responsive, accessible web applications with React and TypeScriptDesigning and implementing APIs and back-end services in Python (FastAPI, Django or Flask)Translating designs and wireframes into high quality, maintainable codeDeploying and operating workloads on Azure and/or GCP, including containerized servicesBuilding and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and observability for the services you ownUsing AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex) effectively — decomposing problems into good prompts, validating generated code, and applying the same review standards you would to any contributionWorking with Git and a disciplined branching strategy, with meaningful code review as a habit rather than a formalityApplying architecture and design pattern knowledge to keep solutions scalable and simpleStrong desire to push the boundaries of technology solutions with experimentation and technology ecosystem engagementStrong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skillsAs a member of our delivery team you will work together with our clients across different industries on either implementation or strategy design projects WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is essentialHands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, plus solid HTML/CSS fundamentalsHands-on experience with Python for back-end development, including REST API designWorking knowledge of at least one major cloud platform (Azure or GCP) is a strong plusExperience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes / AKS / GKE)Experience with CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Cloud Build), infrastructure as code (Terraform, Bicep) is a strong plusFamiliarity with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, BigQuery or similar)Practical experience using AI coding assistants in real projects, with a clear view of where they help and where they need to be challengedDemonstrated ability to architect scalable solutions in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
