About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing international B2B SaaS company in the HRTech industry, providing
AI-powered solutions to optimize recruitment and hiring processes for businesses worldwide.
We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) to lead technical initiatives and develop
scalable, high-performance web applications.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role
focused on software architecture, coding standards, and project delivery rather than people
management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical initiatives and drive end-to-end delivery of software projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications, particularly SPAs and back-
office systems.
- Build and integrate backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and establish best practices for code quality and maintainability.
- Refactor legacy code and improve existing systems using modern engineering practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack or web application development.
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and object-oriented programming.
- Experience developing and maintaining medium- to large-scale applications, especially SPAs or
back-office systems.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and performance
optimization.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, Python, Django, FastAPI, or
similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL; experience with MongoDB,
Redis, or Elasticsearch is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international team.
- Good command of English.
