Description
We are seeking a Lead Java Backend Developer with exceptional expertise in distributed systems, real-time data processing, and cloud-native architectures to deliver highly scalable enterprise platforms for high-throughput, mission-critical environments.
Please note that working from the client's office 3 days per week is required.

Requirements
7+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot developmentExpertise in ORM frameworks such as JPA and iBatisKnowledge of security protocols including Azure AD and OAuthProficiency in Kafka, CosmosDB, PostgreSQL, and RedisFamiliarity with REST, Azure, Docker, and KubernetesSkills in build tools such as Maven and GradleBackground in microservices and data streaming architecturesUnderstanding of Computer Science fundamentals and modern software development practices, including SDLCShowcase of AI-assisted software development capabilitiesStrong communication skills, including the ability to translate business requirements into global solutions and collaborate with other technology teamsEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higher
