We are looking for an experienced and versatile back end developer that can thrive in a start-up environment. Your role and responsibilities Build the backend for trading in stocks, ETFs and crypto to enable collaborative investing.Design and optimize real-time trading systems including for securities, market data, news and events as well as portfolio and equity position management.Work closely with other members of the engineering team to rapidly turn our vision and roadmap into a product with global impact. Qualifications And Skills 5+ years experience in software engineering with at least 3 years experience developing backend systems with relational databases in frameworks such as Java Spring Boot, MySQL and Node JS.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Google CloudKnowledge of RESTful API, WebSocket API, microservices architecture and containerization technologies.You're familiar with product management best practices and have collaborated closely with other engineers and product managers.You've worked in the finance space and/or are knowledgeable about investing and the capital markets.
