About the Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our True North team and help build and evolve Dentrix Ascend for the US market. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deliver reliable software for a complex SaaS platform used by dental professionals throughout their day. You will work across the development lifecycle, contribute to technical decisions, resolve complex production issues, and help improve the quality and maintainability of the codebase. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating across disciplines, and supporting the growth of other developers. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, UX, and Quality partners across our distributed organization. Availability This is a hybrid role, with one day per week in our Surrey, BC office to support collaboration, brainstorming, and team connection. Our office is located across from Guildford Mall. Compensation and Benefits The posted range for this position is between $130,000 CAD and $142,000 CAD, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role through to someone who is fully proficient and experienced in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range, including prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, and education.
