Manage the end-to-end release process to deliver a unified customer experienceCoordinate with multi-functional teams to accelerate work and ensure timely releasesStreamline installation processes to reduce Proof-of-Concept timelines and improve customer satisfactionCollaborate closely with development teams to build and maintain reliable software, using GitHub for version control and collaborationImplement automation strategies to enhance release efficiency and reliabilityDevelop, support, and improve the platform using Golang and Kubernetes
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience6+ years of experience in release management or a similar role within a software development environmentExperienced with GitHub Actions, Kubernetes or OpenShift, and a programming/scripting language such as Golang (preferred) or Python
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesExperience with Golang strongly preferred.
Ability to read and comprehend Golang and solve or debug Golang code strongly desired.Certifications in Kubernetes, project management, or related fieldsSolid release management experience for cloud service providers is highly preferredExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in diverse team environments
