Your impact
As Implementation Manager, you'll own the post-sales integration phase for Mollie's largest and most complex deals, guiding merchants from handover through testing to go live.
You'll run kickoffs with internal and external stakeholders, set go live dates, keep progress on track, and coordinate testing and feedback along the way.
You'll work closely with colleagues across sales, product and engineering, as well as with merchants directly, keeping everyone aligned as deals move toward launch.
This function is newly formed, so you'll have real influence over how the role and its processes take shape, bringing in your own experience rather than following a fixed playbook.
The role is also more technical than it might first appear: you'll get close to the real world edge cases and issues that surface once a solution meets implementation reality, giving you hands on technical exposure without needing a payments or engineering background going in.
You'll be part of the team's expansion into new markets, starting with Italy.
Your work protects revenue by keeping live dates on track, and it supports how Mollie scales delivery more broadly, building a structured, dedicated integration phase for its biggest deals.
You'll report to Jan-Jaap van Helden.
