2068 Epicor ERP Administrator / Developer – Manufacturing
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Administrator / Developer to support and enhance an Epicor ERP environment for a manufacturing organization.
This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, customization, development, and ongoing optimization of the ERP system.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Epicor professional who combines strong technical skills with an understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes.
This role will work closely with operations, production, supply chain, finance, and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure Epicor effectively supports business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Epicor Administration & Support
Administer, maintain, and support the Epicor ERP environment, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability.Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, security settings, and system configurations.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, working with Epicor support or external vendors as needed.Support system upgrades, patches, testing, and ongoing maintenance.Provide technical and functional support to end users across manufacturing and business departments.Epicor Development & Customization
Design, develop, configure, and maintain Epicor customizations to support business requirements.Develop and maintain Business Process Management (BPM) directives, Business Activity Queries (BAQs), dashboards, and reports.Work with Epicor development and configuration tools to automate processes, improve workflows, and enhance system functionality.Develop and support integrations between Epicor and other business applications.Troubleshoot custom code, configurations, and system processes to identify and resolve issues.Maintain technical documentation for customizations, configurations, integrations, and system changes.Manufacturing Systems & Process Improvement

3+ years of hands-on experience supporting, administering, configuring, or developing within Epicor ERP.Experience working with Epicor in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of Epicor administration, security, user management, and system configuration.Hands-on experience with Epicor development tools, including BPMs, BAQs, dashboards, and customizations.Experience troubleshooting ERP applications and supporting business users.Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including querying and troubleshooting.Understanding of manufacturing business processes such as production, inventory management, purchasing, and supply chain operations.Ability to work independently, prioritize requests, and collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications
