Senior ServiceNow Developer

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer. Work Location Hybrid 2x week onsite - Work locations include Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, and Calgary. Key Tasks Provide technical leadership and guidance to ServiceNow development teamsReview solution designs, technical approaches, and development practicesConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to technical and development standardsSupport architecture alignment and platform governance activitiesDesign, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilitiesDevelop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer automations, Script Includes, integrations, and custom applicationsSupport and enhance the IRM space, as well as BCM, Legal Service Delivery, custom scoped applications, and Release OpsDesign, implement, and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suitesChampion automated testing practices across development teams and integrate ATF into release and deployment processesSupport quality assurance and defect management activitiesDevelop and support integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and enterprise integration patternsProvide advanced troubleshooting and supportCollaborate with security, architecture, integration, and platform teams on complex technical issues Key Qualifications 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with a minimum of 2+ years supporting Integrated Risk Management (IRM)Strong ServiceNow development proficiency including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and UI BuilderDemonstrated experience developing and maintaining Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites and providing technical leadership and code reviews Qualifications Experience supporting Business Continuity Management (BCM), Legal Service Delivery (LSD), custom ServiceNow applications, and/or Release OpsExperience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow platformsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRMServiceNow Micro-Certifications related to ATF, Platform Development, Flow Designer, or IntegrationHubFrench and English bilingualismReliability Status security clearance (must be in place prior to contract start date) Compensation Hourly Rate Negotiable This is an existing position vacancy.
