Responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing scalable software applications using .NET / .NET Core technologies.
The role will work closely with Product, Business, QA, DevOps, and other technology teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and .NET Core.Translate business requirements and technical specifications into scalable and maintainable software solutions.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, web services, and backend services.Design and optimize database structures, queries, and stored procedures using SQL Server or other relational databases.Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues, including production incidents and performance-related problems.Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.Collaborate with Software Engineers, QA, Product Managers, Business Users, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.Participate in system design, technical discussions, and architecture improvements.Develop unit tests and support integration and system testing to ensure software quality.Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, API documentation, and technical specifications.Support deployment, release management, and production monitoring in collaboration with DevOps/Infrastructure teams.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.Identify opportunities to improve development processes, system architecture, and engineering practices.Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices within the .NET ecosystem.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 4–6 years of experience in software development, with strong experience in .NET / .NET Core.Strong programming skills in C# and object-oriented programming.Solid experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend services.Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database design, query optimization, and stored procedures.Experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.Good understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and clean coding practices.Experience with Git and source control management.Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, cloud platforms, or DevOps practices is an advantage.Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Good communication and collaboration skills.Able to work independently while also providing technical guidance to other developers.About Kawan Lama Group
