About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on DevOps / TechOps Specialist to support and develop GreenSM Denmark’s technical infrastructure.
The role will focus on system reliability, automation, cloud infrastructure, deployment processes, monitoring, and operational support.
You will work closely with local teams, Global IT, developers, and IT colleagues across Europe.
This is a good fit for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, improving infrastructure, automating repetitive tasks, and building scalable processes in a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support and maintain cloud and infrastructure environments.Monitor system availability, performance, and reliability.Troubleshoot technical incidents across applications, infrastructure, networks, and integrations.Build and improve deployment and operational processes.Automate repetitive IT and infrastructure tasks using scripting.Support CI/CD pipelines and application deployments.Manage access, permissions, environments, and technical configurations.Work with monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident-management tools.Support infrastructure security, patching, vulnerability management, and technical compliance.Work closely with developers, Product, Global IT, and external vendors.Document technical environments, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.Support new technical projects as GreenSM Denmark continues to scale.
Requirements
Experience in DevOps, TechOps, Cloud Operations, Infrastructure, System Administration, or similar.Good understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.Experience with Linux and/or Windows environments.Understanding of networking, DNS, VPN, firewalls, and access management.Experience with scripting or automation, for example PowerShell, Bash, or Python.Experience troubleshooting production or business-critical systems.Understanding of CI/CD and modern deployment processes.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of technical issues.Professional English and Danish
