Education And Experience »
18+ years of software engineering experience , with significant experience in senior engineering leadership Proven experience as an Engineering Director / Senior Engineering Leader in a product engineeringExperience designing and building microservices, distributed systems, REST APIs, event-driven architectures and cloud-native applications.
Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform — AzureExperience building and scaling engineering organizations and mentoring senior technical talent.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong hands-on background in software engineering, architecture and application developmentStrong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, security, observability and performance engineering.
Demonstrated ability to remain technically hands-on and contribute to architecture and complex technical decisions.
Strong Salesforce engineering and architecture experience, including development, customization and enterprise integrations.
Strong experience with modern Web Technologies.
Preferred Experience
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce integration technologies and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience building large-scale / CRM / SaaS platforms.
Experience with AI/ML or GenAI-enabled product engineering.
