About The Role As an Implementation Project Manager at 3E, you’ll lead larger, more complex customer implementations where successful delivery requires multiple products, technical contributors, workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholders to operate against one coordinated plan. You’ll be accountable for turning the customer’s scope of work into an executable implementation strategy and for determining whether the overall project succeeds—on time, within scope, adopted, and connected to a clear customer outcome. You’ll establish success and acceptance criteria, own the integrated project plan, manage risk and change, coordinate specialists and technical teams, and give both customers and 3E leadership a clear, data-backed view of project health. You’ll understand the technical delivery deeply enough to challenge assumptions, identify dependencies, connect customer needs with the right specialists, and engage credibly with Product and Engineering. You won’t need to personally execute every configuration, migration, or integration; your role is to ensure those pieces come together into a successful customer outcome. This distinction reflects the kickoff's intended leveling: both levels own milestones and customer communication, while the Project Manager is differentiated primarily by the scale and complexity of the engagement and ownership of larger or multi-product implementations. This position supports remote work within the Eastern time zone. Required What Makes You a Great Fit 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, technical account or project management, or professional services, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology, or information services.Demonstrated experience leading complex customer implementations with multiple workstreams, technical dependencies, contributors, or products.Experience owning project scope, plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, change control, customer communication, and delivery outcomes.Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand configuration, data, integration, and technical delivery sufficiently to coordinate specialists and identify risk; coding is not required.Demonstrated ability to lead customer conversations and communicate credibly with senior customer stakeholders.Ability to lead and influence cross-functional contributors without formal authority.Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and making informed prioritization decisions based on customer and business impact.Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and Microsoft Office, with comfort using data, dashboards, and systems of record to communicate project health.Ability to navigate ambiguity and changing scope while maintaining accountability for outcomes.Willingness to travel 10–20%.
