๐Ÿ“ Location: Netherlands ๐Ÿข Working Model: Hybrid โ€“ 2 days per week in the office ๐Ÿ’ฐ Day Rate: Up to โ‚ฌ350/day ๐Ÿ“… Duration: 24 months ๐Ÿš€ Start: ASAP ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Language: Dutch proficiency required ๐Ÿ’ผ Experience: 6โ€“10 years About the Role We are looking for a Senior LANSA Developer with strong experience in Visual LANSA, IBM i/AS400, RDML/RDMLX, and DB2 to join a long-term project in the Netherlands. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business-critical applications, supporting production environments, and working closely with technical and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using Visual LANSA, RDML/RDMLX and LANSA Frameworks.Work with LANSA Repository concepts, screen development, and business logic.Support and maintain IBM i (AS400/iSeries) environments.Work with DB2/400, job queues, batch processing, and message queues.Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation.Develop and optimise SQL queries and support production data issues.Analyse and resolve technical issues in production environments.Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reliable solutions. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Visual LANSA.Good knowledge of RDML / RDMLX.Experience with LANSA Frameworks and Repository.Strong IBM i / AS400 / iSeries experience.Good knowledge of DB2/400.Strong SQL and database skills.Experience with data modelling and query optimisation.Experience in production support and troubleshooting.Dutch speaking and writing proficiency. Nice to Have Experience with RPG IV / RPG ILE.Background in financial services or payments.Experience with API integrations.Strong experience working in production support environments. Working Model & Interview Hybrid working model with 2 days per week in the office.Candidates must be willing to travel to the office regularly.Lightweight interview process: typically one 1-hour interview, preferably face-to-face at the office.
