About The Role We're looking for a Senior Database Developer to join the team working on Veeam ONE. What You’ll Do Development and support of structure and database objects, writing queries, and stored procedures (MS SQL, PostgreSQL)Optimization of the existing database structure and codeModernization and creation of new reports, widgets and dashboards for Veeam ONE, VSPC, and other reporting productsReworking the current business logic in order to meet new business requirementsWorking closely with teams of analysts and QATechnical leadership and mentoring within the team Technologies We Work With MS SQL, PostgreSQL, pgTAP or analogs, TFS + Git, T-SQL What You’ll Bring 5 years of working experienceExperience with MS SQL (must-have) and PostgreSQLSolid understanding of relational database design, indexing, transactions, and query execution plansProven experience writing complex queries, scripts, and stored proceduresAbility to understand someone else's codeLeadership and mentoring experienceResponsibility, diligence, discipline, high efficiency, desire to develop, experience in teamwork Bonus Skills Understanding of backend development (C#) sufficient to discuss technical solutions with backend teams, agree on how work is split between the database and application layers, and read code when needed.
