Do you have experience designing, developing, and supporting connected vehicle applications using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality! What You Will Be Doing You will join our EFM IT Partner Integrations Team, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering innovative technology solutions that enable strategic partnerships within our fleet ecosystem. You will work closely with senior engineers and business partners to design, develop, test, and support integrations that connect data and services across our connected vehicle and partner platforms. Your day-to-day responsibilities include participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating on new initiatives to improve operational efficiency. This role is a direct hire opportunity that offers exposure to a broad range of technologies, empowering you to build your technical expertise while supporting our growing connected fleet ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, modify, and implement medium to complex application code and enhancements.Analyze software requirements and technical designs to assess implementation feasibility within project constraints.Develop, execute, and troubleshoot unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.Perform code reviews, present technical solutions, and provide constructive feedback to team members.Monitor application health, analyze logs, and troubleshoot operational issues proactively.Support deployments, system updates, and application releases across QA and production environments.Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications and operational procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and operational workflows.Support both tactical and strategic initiatives, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.Participate in on-call rotations to support production environments and resolve issues effectively.Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of software development experience using Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.3+ years of experience developing, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL databases.Proven experience working with RESTful APIs and cloud-native technologies.Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated build, and deployment processes.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and relevant tools (Jira, Confluence).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Commitment to incorporating security best practices into all development work.Proficiency with API testing, troubleshooting, and validation.Desired Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and microservices architecture.Familiarity with GitHub, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, and related DevOps tools.Experience with ReactJS or other front-end technologies.Knowledge of PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and message-driven processing patterns.Prior experience building and deploying Spring Boot microservices in cloud environments.Familiarity with OpenAPI specifications and ORM frameworks such as Hibernate.Keywords: Java, Spring Boot, REST API, SQL, Microservices, Cloud AWS, DevOps, Java Developer, Software Engineer, Agile We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
