WHAT YOU’LL DO Modernize the profit-and-loss reporting platform that helps finance, management, and investment teams understand firm performance with greater accuracy and speedDesign scalable data pipelines and reconciliation workflows that improve the reliability, transparency, and timeliness of critical finance dataBuild analytical applications and reporting capabilities that turn complex valuation and performance data into clear, actionable insightsDevelop validation and adjustment tools that strengthen controls, reduce manual effort, and support accurate reporting across business processesPartner with controllers, valuation specialists, and Technology colleagues to translate business needs into robust, maintainable softwareOwn features through design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support in a collaborative engineering environmentAnalyze data flows and calculation logic to anticipate reporting needs, identify gaps, and improve end-to-end process qualityCreate intuitive visualizations and user interfaces that help stakeholders investigate trends, exceptions, and performance driversImprove platform resilience through sound engineering practices, production support, monitoring, and continuous refinement WHAT’S REQUIRED 7+ years of programming experience with training in computer science or a related technical fieldStrong data engineering, analytics, ETL, and reconciliation skills using T-SQL, Python, and AirflowStrong software development skills using Python or C#Experience designing, developing, supporting, and coordinating users for end-to-end systemsStrong data visualization and front-end development skills using JavaScript and ReactAbility to build systems and workflows with high standards for numerical accuracy, data quality, and operational reliabilityExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach to solving problemsCommitment to the highest ethical standards WE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLE We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
