About The Position TherapyNotes is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and evolve scalable, secure, and maintainable SaaS applications and services. This full-stack role contributes to responsive user interfaces, business logic, APIs, integrations, and data access throughout the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with engineering, architecture, QA, product, and UX partners to translate business and user needs into reliable, user-centered solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals and technical judgment with demonstrated success using AI and agentic development tools, a commitment to continuous learning, and the initiative to turn new approaches into measurable improvements in quality and delivery velocity.
