We connect freelancers, interim managers, and companies to elevate candidate quality while drastically reducing hiring time and costs. As a small startup, we thrive in a fast-paced, highly flexible environment with frequent releases. Our top priorities are delivering real business value and crafting high-quality products. We aren’t just looking for someone to tick off tasks. We want an ambitious, communicative, and proactive individual eager to actively suggest, generate, and optimize website content. The ideal candidate is a big-picture thinker who focuses on business value and impact rather than getting lost in technical details. Availability: 60-100% (We offer highly flexible working hours, making this a great fit for students). Location: Poland, 100% Remote Responsibilities: The Main Goal: Drive organic traffic and increase the number of inbound leads generated by our website.Generate fresh website content, blog posts, and valuable pages using AI agentic tools like Claude Code.Optimize existing website pages for better SEO performance.Taking over the full responsibility of our website content.Conduct independent research to uncover high-potential content ideas.Collaborate closely with our CTO, Product Designer, and Frontend Developer. Requirements: Solid understanding of SEO, GEO, and content creation.Hands-on experience using AI agentic tools (like Claude Code) for content and code generation.Operate quickly and leverage AI possibilities.High level of autonomy and the ability to thrive without direct guidance.Strong communication skills in English.Bonus: Experience with SEO analytics tools like Semrush or similar.Bonus: Some previous experience as an SEO Specialist.Bonus: Basic programming skills. We Offer: 6,000 - 8,000 PLN (Umowa Zlecenie) during the 3-6 month trial period.Dynamic salary adjustments that grow alongside your skills, impact and value you generate.Financial Bonuses based on the amount of projects we close through SEO (we want somebody who is focused on outcome and is rewarded for it).
