We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Software Developer to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role?
Develop and configure web applications using modern web development frameworksTransform and integrate data coming from classified and unclassified sources into web-based systemsPerform data conversion and preprocessing, using Python APIs and ETL toolsFurther develop data collection tooling, aligning with stakeholder requirementsDevelop and maintain documentation for code, service endpoints, and system architecture, as well as training materialsSupport security testing and approval activitiesTest developed solutions with stakeholders and ensure solutions meet their requirementsDevelop data-based dashboards for use by (senior) leadership using Python or PowerBIConduct close coordination with Lead Point of Contact, as well as regularly report on progress, and advise on project management and potential risk to the timeline of the projectBe prepared to brief staff and leadership on progress towards the abovementioned goals
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or related fieldsAt least 5 years of experience in web development using JavaScript/HTML including frameworks such as React, Vue.js, AngularExtensive experience with MS SQLPractical experience with .NET is an assetExperience developing data-driven dashboards for senior stakeholders using Python and/or PowerBIProficiency in using Python for automation, ETL and analysis (e.g.
pandas, numpy, matplotlib)Ability to build and maintain backend services or processing pipelines.Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile project managementExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a teamAdvanced English (C1) communication skills (written and spoken)
