Description

Key Responsibilities: Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage and coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employment documentation, new hire orientation, employee transfers, exit procedures, and coordination with relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth employee experience. HR Administration & Operations: Handle daily HR operations including employee records, HRIS updates, benefits administration, payroll support, and compliance with local labor laws. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related queries and supporting the resolution of employee matters to maintain a positive workplace culture. Performance Management: Support the implementation and coordination of performance reviews, probation assessments, and other performance management processes. Policy & Compliance: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistent understanding across the team. Other General Support: Provide ad-hoc HR and administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth running of HR and office operations. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a generalist or HR Manager role covering both HR and office admin responsibilities. Solid knowledge of local employment laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
