Edison Smart is proud to partner with a fast-growing UAE fintech hiring a security-focused DevSecOps Engineer to join its Platform team. You'll be a hands-on builder, shipping running controls, pipeline gates and detection rules rather than writing compliance reports. You'll work closely with the security, IT and AI teams. What you'll do Harden Kubernetes: RBAC, network policies, admission controllers, image scanningBuild shift-left security into CI/CD: IaC scanning, SAST, SCA, secrets scanningSet up detection engineering: SIEM pipelines and custom detection rulesOwn AWS identity, access and secretsTake part in the SRE on-call rotation What you'll bring 4+ years in SRE or DevOps, including 2+ focused on securityStrong Kubernetes and AWS security experienceTerraform, Checkov and TrivyPython, Go or BashExperience in a regulated environment
