Wat ga je doen?Ben jij een front-ender die niet alleen bouwt wat gevraagd wordt, maar ook meedenkt over architectuur, kwaliteit bewaakt én junior collega’s vooruithelpt? Dan zoeken wij jou voor iO Campus Rotterdam.Je werkt aan uitdagende digitale producten voor opdrachtgevers zoals Husqvarna, Goudse Verzekeringen, Chupa Chups, Mentos, Feyenoord en Stichting Natuurmonumenten. Je draait mee in een multidisciplinair klantteam en draagt verantwoordelijkheid - niet alleen voor je eigen code, maar ook voor het project als geheel én voor het resultaat. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:Je bouwt high-performance webapplicaties in o.a. React, Next.js en TypeScript;Je definieert codingstandaarden, architectuurrichtlijnen en bewaakt deze via geautomatiseerde tooling (zoals ESLint, Prettier of SonarQube) en code reviews;Je vertaalt requirements naar goed implementeerbare user stories en work items;Je bewaakt kwaliteitsaspecten als digitale toegankelijkheid (WCAG), web performance (Core Web Vitals, code-splitting en caching-strategieën) en security;Je werkt met en draagt actief bij aan herbruikbare componentenbibliotheken of een design system dat teamoverschrijdend kan worden gebruikt;Je begeleidt en coacht junior en medior developers in het team;Je werkt direct samen met Product Owners en stakeholders aan klantzijde;Je signaleert proactief knelpunten in het project en brengt concrete oplossingen aan;Je optimaliseert je ontwikkelworkflow actief met AI-tooling en agentic engineering.
