Description

Technical Product Manager - APIs & Integrations | €80-100k | Remote (Germany) We're working with a leading construction tech platform that connects general contractors and subcontractors across Germany. They've already won a significant share of the German market and have spent the last year rebuilding core workflows around AI, with live features including price prediction, LLM-powered document creation, and AI-driven matching. They're now hiring their first Technical PM to own APIs and integrations, and to launch their first MCP server. Construction firms run tenders across a lot of different tools. The goal is for this platform to sit at the centre of it all, with data flowing in and out automatically. This is a zero-to-one role with real ownership, not a backlog someone else has already written. What you'll do: Spend your first weeks with customers, finding out what it takes for the REST API and connectors to become part of their daily workTurn those insights into a clear integrations roadmap alongside Engineering, Customer Success and SalesShape and launch the first API improvements and MCP server, writing the tickets and rolling out to pilot customers within your first few monthsSet up tracking to show how much customer work flows in through integrationsUse real usage data to decide what comes next, working directly with the CTO and Head of Product What you'll need: Experience shaping a public, customer-facing API or integration from the product side: endpoints, data models, auth, permissionsTechnical depth to discuss webhooks vs polling, pagination, rate limits and OAuth, and to test APIs yourselfStrong customer instincts, able to separate what people ask for from what they actually needClear, well-scoped tickets and a habit of prioritising by impactDaily use of LLM assistants and MCPs, ideally with automations you've built yourselfFluent German and EnglishBonus: MCP server experience, or knowledge of construction tech, ERP or estimating systems You'll sit in a team of 5-6 full-stack engineers, with the CTO acting as EM. AI is genuinely baked into how the whole company works, and customer travel across Germany is roughly once a month. Package: €80-100k depending on experience (Some flex), fully remote within Germany Must be based in Germany
