Key Responsibilities As a ServiceNow SecOps Developer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing and supporting the ServiceNow SecOps environment. Your responsibilities will include: Configuring and customizing the following ServiceNow SecOps modules:Security Incident Response (SIR)Vulnerability Response (VR)Threat Intelligence (TI)Configuration Compliance (CC)Designing and implementing flows, scripts and automations to improve security operationsDeveloping and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and third-party security platforms, tools and APIsProviding day-to-day operational support for ServiceNow SecOps functionalitiesMonitoring and safeguarding the stability and performance of the platformTesting and debugging ServiceNow applications, flows, scripts and integrationsSupporting ServiceNow platform upgrades while minimizing disruption to security operationsDeveloping custom ServiceNow applications and platform enhancementsContributing to the ServiceNow CI/CD processCollaborating with security, infrastructure, development and IT operations teams Requirements About you You are a hands-on ServiceNow specialist who combines strong development skills with a solid understanding of cybersecurity operations. You are comfortable taking ownership of technical solutions and can translate security requirements into stable and scalable ServiceNow implementations. You work accurately, proactively identify opportunities for improvement and are able to collaborate effectively with both technical specialists and business stakeholders.
