Who we're looking for
We're hiring senior/staff, product-minded full-stack engineers to build the core of Supio's platform — a fast-moving, AI-native product used in high-stakes, real-world legal workflows.
You build product end-to-end in TypeScript across the stack, from the interfaces customers touch to the services behind them.
You're fluent using coding agents in your daily workflow, and you operate with autonomy.
You've operated at startup pace and ambiguity at some point in your career and you're excited to build greenfield.
What you'll build

The core full-stack application customers work in every dayAgentic platform capabilities spanning voice calling & transcription, medical/financial records extraction, and legal document draftingThe agent runtime — prompt/tool architecture, skill and prompt management, and cost/performance optimizationProduction features, plus the evaluation, tooling, and monitoring that keep them accurate and observable at scale
You won't just ship features — you'll shape the architecture and technical direction of a fast-evolving platform, with senior autonomy and end-to-end ownership.

Compensation
Competitive package of base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits.
Base Salary: $200,000–$255,000 annually
