Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer – Generative AI Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | W-2 Employment The Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a client operating at the forefront of artificial intelligence development. The organisation is expanding its engineering capabilities and is looking for experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineers to support the development, testing and deployment of next-generation AI technologies. What You'll Be Doing Working alongside an experienced technical team, your responsibilities will include: Designing, developing and delivering scalable applications, backend services and engineering tools using modern programming languages.Building software integrations with advanced AI models and APIs, including technologies still undergoing development and testing.Creating testing frameworks, monitoring solutions and supporting infrastructure to evaluate system performance and reliability.Investigating technical issues, identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating findings to relevant engineering stakeholders.Developing functional prototypes and adapting solutions as project requirements evolve.Contributing to technical architecture, software quality and engineering best practices.Collaborating with colleagues across engineering and research functions to deliver robust, maintainable solutions. What We're Looking For Our client is particularly interested in engineers who can demonstrate: At least 6 years of commercial software engineering experience, ideally gained within established technology companies or technically demanding environments.Advanced proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, Java, Rust, C#, C++ or TypeScript.Practical experience developing production software across more than one programming language or technology ecosystem.Strong full-stack capabilities, including backend development, API architecture, frontend frameworks such as React, database design and cloud infrastructure.Experience taking ownership of technical projects, from initial design through implementation and deployment.The ability to understand unfamiliar systems quickly and contribute effectively with minimal supervision.A track record of increasing technical responsibility and delivering high-quality engineering outcomes.Excellent problem-solving, technical documentation and communication skills.Availability to work a consistent 40-hour week.
