Description

As an eCommerce Coordinator you’ll play a key role in keeping our online store looking sharp, running smoothly, and delivering a best-in-class digital experience. You’ll help ensure every product, promotion, and piece of content inspires customers and drives results. What You’ll Do Maintain and optimise our online store — manage product loading, presentation, and enrichment across the site to ensure content accuracy, visual appeal, and SEO best practice.Write and edit engaging, customer-first copy — bring our products to life with clear, inspiring, and on-brand descriptions that help customers find exactly what they’re looking for.Support marketing and trade campaigns — coordinate promotional updates, assist with landing page content, and ensure campaigns go live seamlessly.Champion the customer experience — test and review site performance, check product accuracy, and use insights to continuously improve usability and conversion. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an eCommerce or digital merchandising role — ideally within retail or consumer brands.Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills to manage product data, content accuracy, and site updates.A flair for copywriting — you can turn technical product info into clear, inspiring language that drives conversion.Understanding of SEO and content optimisation principles is desiredExperience with content management systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar).A collaborative, proactive approach — you take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
