About The Employer Our client is an established engineering, construction and operations business delivering transport, building, water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities. The Opportunity Develop practical work scopes, delivery packages and sequencing for rail asset renewal with a Perth-based engineering team. Your Work Combine desktop analysis and site validation to define corridor renewal scopes. Coordinate engineering disciplines and maintain a structured work bank and delivery plan. Estimate materials, resources and costs and support long-lead procurement and logistics. Develop staging and possession strategies that reflect operational interfaces and constructability. Manage investigations, delivery risks and stakeholder decisions with project and client teams. RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements Bachelor qualification in engineering, science, building construction or equivalent. At least ten years of postgraduate engineering experience, including four years in site-based work. Major infrastructure delivery experience on projects above $50 million. Extensive rail planning, construction or asset-renewal experience and multidisciplinary work-package development. Strong rail possession, operational-interface and constructability knowledge. Commercial, cost-control and stakeholder capability; experience with Primavera P6, Power BI, GIS and engineering systems. Knowledge of rail asset-management and engineering-assurance frameworks.
