Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities. The Opportunity Partner with senior project leaders to strengthen workforce capability, performance and culture across a large construction programme. Your Work Provide strategic and practical HR advice for salaried and wages employees. Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, succession and performance initiatives. Support employee relations, remuneration reviews, benchmarking and reward recommendations. Deliver engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and organisational-development programmes. Use workforce data to guide improvements, align partner stakeholders and coach HR team members. RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements Extensive senior HR business-partner or people-advisory experience. Strong understanding of Australian employment requirements, industrial relations and enterprise agreements. Experience supporting substantial construction, engineering, infrastructure or operational workforces. Ability to influence and constructively challenge senior leaders.
