We are currently looking for a Senior Project Planner/ Scheduler to join our team on a Highway Infrastructure Project in Alpharetta, Georgia, USA (on-site position). -Project: Large-Scale Highway Infrastructure Development -Estimated duration of the position: 24 months - In general, when the project ends, we try to place the employee in other projects to give him/her continuity. -Summary The Senior Project Planner/Scheduler will support planning and scheduling activities on a large-scale linear infrastructure project. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules, ensuring alignment with construction progress, contractual milestones, and resource planning. -Main Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (baseline and updates).Perform schedule analysis, critical path identification, and progress tracking.Coordinate with construction, engineering, and project management teams.Prepare schedule reports and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.Support delay analysis and mitigation strategies.Integrate subcontractor schedules into the master program.Monitor productivity and forecast project timelines.Ensure compliance with contractual scheduling requirements.Ownership of the schedule for a major project segment valued at approximately $1.5B. Development and maintenance of Level 3 and Level 4 schedules.Monthly executive schedule presentations.Schedule recovery and acceleration planning.Risk analysis and schedule forecasting.Interface with owner, JV partners, construction managers and project controls teams.Support claims, change management and time impact analysis. -Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 hours (1-hour break). -Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Strong experience in linear projects (Highways Preferred).Proven experience managing schedules for projects exceeding $500M and preferably over $1B in construction value.Experience supporting executive management and project leadership teams on large-scale infrastructure programs.Experience working on major highway, transportation, bridge, heavy civil or design-build infrastructure projects, preferably in the United States.Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory or highly preferred).Knowledge of MS Project is a plus.Resource loading, Cost loading, Schedule risk analysis and Earned Value Management (EVM) experience preferred.Solid understanding of construction sequencing and methodologies.Experience with baseline development, updates, and delay/claims analysis is a plus.English level: C1 (Advanced). -Benefits Working for an international company currently expanding.22 paid vacation days +5 working days of sick leave (100% salary).Travel: At the beginning and end of the project.Hotel: Two weeks of accommodation if necessary.Vehicle provided.Gas provided (work use).Company laptop provided.Company phone provided.Medical insurance (50% covered for the employee).
