Demonstrated experience in delivery of complex ICT projects 2. Demonstrated experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including staff of all levels 3. A high degree of organisational and time management skills, including demonstrated ability to meet priorities and work to tight deadlines 4. Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including writing Project Management Plans, Status Report and Schedules 5.
