Role Overview
We are seeking a 10x Fullstack Software Engineer to anchor our core internal product development team.
A "10x Engineer" at our firm is defined by exceptional architectural velocity, structural visualization skills, and the capacity to autonomously engineer systems that typically require a multi-person engineering squad.
You will be insulated from client-facing noise, embedding yourself directly into our core product architecture, low-latency algorithmic engines, and high-throughput data fabrics to design highly scalable code from line one.
Key Responsibilities
Hyper-Velocity Code Execution: Autonomously design, build, and ship robust, high-performance web backends and reactive frontends at an elite pace.Core Product Architecture: Own key architectural modules of the core SaaS platform, optimizing for low-latency data processing, high throughput, and minimal technical debt.Advanced AI Implementation: Design and integrate production-grade internal AI agent frameworks, secure RAG pipelines, and vector store data mappings.Engineering Hygiene: Champion clean code structures, drive optimized execution runtimes, and establish advanced CI/CD automated pipeline triggers.
Required Technical Profile
Polylingual Full-Stack Engineering: Advanced production-grade mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript (React.js, Next.js, Node.js) layered with high-performance backend systems utilizing Go (Golang), Python, or Java/Quarkus.Data Architecture & Distributed Storage: Extensive experience structuring ultra-low-latency transactional and analytical databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), including partition strategies, query profiling, execution plan optimization, and caching control topologies.Cloud-Native Platform Automation: Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible) alongside complex container isolation and runtime orchestration setups utilizing Docker and Kubernetes (K8s).Observability Architecture: Practical implementation experience building deep telemetry frameworks using Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed tracing setups (e.g., Jaeger, OpenTelemetry) to monitor real-time thread safety, memory leak diagnostics, and I/O bottlenecks.Algorithmic & Mathematical Rigour: Deep command of advanced computer science fundamentals, data structures, space-time complexity analysis, concurrency models, and distributed systems theory.
