Your responsibilities Participate in R&D project teams from concept development to serial production launchVerify and validate technical assumptions, designs, and manufacturability conceptsPerform investment and production cost calculationsCooperate with Development, Injection Molding and Production teams across all project phasesImplement engineering and design changes during product development and industrializationSupport new product development and product change management activities Our requirements University degree in a technical field (e.g. Production Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar)Professional experience as a Process Engineer, Production Engineer, Technologist, or Design EngineerPractical knowledge of at least one manufacturing technology, such as injection molding, stamping, or assembly processesNice to have: experience with additional technologies (e.g. soldering, pad printing, welding)Ability to prepare production cost calculations and technical & quality specificationsExperience in change and industrialization projectsVery good command of English (minimum B1); German language is an advantageGoal-oriented approachAbility to work under time pressureStrong interpersonal and communication skills
