SUMMARY 💰 100 - 120 PLN/h on B2B 💰 12 000 - 14 400 PLN gross on UoP 📍 Kraków (Hybrid) 💼 Mid PROJECT Join an automotive engineering team responsible for the development and implementation of vehicle functions and features. As a System Engineer – Feature Owner, you will take end-to-end responsibility for assigned features - from customer requirements and technical specifications through implementation and coordination to testing, calibration, and final delivery. You will work closely with software and test engineers, internal engineering teams, suppliers, and the customer. YOU WILL Take end-to-end ownership of assigned vehicle features, ensuring correct alignment, implementation, testing, and deliveryAnalyse customer requirements and technical specificationsDefine feature parameters, functionality, and technical requirements based on customer expectationsCreate and maintain technical documentation for vehicle functionsCoordinate engineering teams, different competencies, and external vendors to ensure successful feature implementationWork closely with software and test engineers throughout the development processAnalyse feature performance during test drives and vehicle testingSupport calibration and tuning of the final feature for the corresponding vehicle lineParticipate in system reviews, technical discussions, and project meetingsMaintain direct communication with the customer regarding technical and project-related topicsSupport technical innovations and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure engineering activities are delivered according to required quality standards and project schedules MUST HAVE Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical fieldGood understanding of electronics and electronic measurement fundamentalsFamiliarity with microcontrollers and software programmingMethodical and analytical approach to problem solvingVery good English communication skillsAbility to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teamsGood knowledge of MS OfficeWillingness and ability to travel NICE TO HAVE Experience with automotive electronicsPrevious experience in the automotive industryKnowledge of ADAS systems and vehicle featuresKnowledge of Functional Safety (FuSa)Basic knowledge of Python OUR OFFER The relocation package (4500 PLN total value) is paid in three installments (1500 PLN per month) if your permanent office presence is mandatory and you need to relocate from another city.Benefits: Extended medical care (over 2000 medical facilities in Poland, 80 in Kraków) for you and your family; Multisport card; Life insurance
