Director / Principal – Infrastructure Advisory & Transactions Transport | Social Infrastructure | Energy Lead complex transactions. Build client relationships. Help grow a national advisory business. A growing, entrepreneurial infrastructure consultancy is seeking a senior adviser with the commercial judgement and procurement experience to lead major infrastructure assignments. This role combines hands-on project leadership with the opportunity to develop clients, win work and strengthen the team. It will suit someone who enjoys taking responsibility—from shaping the procurement approach to guiding clients through evaluation, negotiation and transaction delivery. The opportunity Lead procurement strategy, commercial advisory and transaction management for major infrastructure projects.Advise on delivery models, commercial structures and the allocation of risk.Manage market engagement, tender processes, evaluation and negotiations.Build trusted relationships with senior government and private-sector clients.Develop opportunities, contribute to bids and help win new mandates.Mentor advisers and maintain the quality of project delivery. What you bring A strong track record in infrastructure advisory, complex procurement or transaction management.Experience across transport, social infrastructure and/or energy.The ability to lead substantial assignments and provide clear, practical advice when decisions are complex.Commercial judgement, confident communication and credibility with senior stakeholders.Experience developing client relationships and contributing to work winning.The appetite to build a practice while remaining closely involved in delivery.
