Black & McDonald’s Vancouver Service Team is growing and we are seeking a bright, motivated and high performing individual to join our team in the role of Business Development Representative (BDR). What is a BDR at Black & McDonald? You will own your territory, within which, you will generate new Facility Service and Management Agreements in the retail, commercial, industrial and institutional markets.You will be a member of the Service Sales Team and will engage potential clients to evaluate their current total cost of ownership and operation of their mechanical assets.You will work towards the goal of identifying, qualifying and closing opportunities by utilizing the training provided through Black & McDonald’s proven proactive sales strategy. The starting salary will be based on several factors such as the successful candidate’s qualifications, including but not limited to education and experience. Salary is one component of Black & McDonald’s total rewards package.
