The IT Infrastructure & CyberSecurity Administrator is a part of the Corporate IT Operations team that must ensure that our infrastructure is both reliable and secure. The role divides its time across infrastructure, ongoing operations, administration, and cyber security. Doing so requires working with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and service providers. To be successful, the IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Administrator must be naturally curious, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning in an environment of rapidly evolving technologies and emerging cyber threats. They must also possess strong communication, project management, and leadership skills to effectively advance the Infrastructure, Platforms and Development teams' ability to strengthen the organization's security posture while supporting evolving business needs. Responsibilities And Duties Strategic Infrastructure – 25% Administer network, cloud, server, identity, endpoint, and connectivity platforms, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Azure, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Intune. Monitor infrastructure availability, capacity, performance, configuration, and lifecycle; identify risks and recommend improvements. Maintain diagrams, inventories, configurations, standards, and procedures for troubleshooting, change management, recovery, and audits. Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, integrations, and technology evaluations aligned with business needs and standards. Strategic Cyber Security – 50% Help define and drive adoption of security policies, compliance, audit support, Global Cyber Security requirements, AI governance, citizen development, and SaaS governance. Provide business communication and security coordination across infrastructure, SAP, custom development, and other technology teams. Research threats, vulnerabilities, technologies, and industry practices; assess risk and recommend controls and remediation. Drive the development of security strategies and tactics. Support security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, disaster recovery planning and testing, and business continuity efforts. Administer identity and access controls, including Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, privileged access, device compliance, and Intune security configurations. Daily Operations Administration – 25% Coordinate technology services and communicate impact, ownership, decisions, and next steps to technical teams, business stakeholders, SAP, development teams, and partners. Provide advanced support and coordinate resolution of complex infrastructure, platform, connectivity, and business-service issues. Work closely with NOC, SOC, managed service providers and internal teams to monitor alerts and service performance; coordinate incident response and corrective actions. This includes monthly audits and reviews of our security events and postures. Support patching, maintenance, backup and recovery, change management, and operational documentation. Additional expectations: Participate in scheduled maintenance, after-hours support, and a rotating 24x7 on-call schedule. Review Statements of Work for accuracy of Scope and Deliverables. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, networking, and cybersecurity. Five or more years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, IT operations, security technologies, or advanced technical support environments. Experience with networking, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, identity and access management, endpoint protection, DLP, and hybrid-cloud technologies. Experience with monitoring, incident response, vulnerability remediation, change management, disaster recovery, technical documentation, and service provider coordination. Ability to research technologies and security risks, evaluate alternatives, recommend solutions, develop strategies, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, accountability, follow-through, and continuous learning skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of firewalls, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VPN, network segmentation, Zero Trust principles, Microsoft Defender, and security governance frameworks. Experience working with a NOC, SOC, managed service provider, telecommunications carrier, or internet service provider. Experience supporting enterprise applications, security audits, business continuity, AI and business enablement governance, SaaS governance, or citizen-development controls. Relevant networking, Microsoft, cloud, security, or IT service-management certifications. Physical And Work Requirements Travel approximately 5%; planned after-hours maintenance and rotating on-call support are required. Ability to lift 20 to 50 pounds with assistance when needed and work in areas with limited accessibility.
