Salesforce Developer (3 Positions) Federal Government Opportunity | 12 Month Contract + 12 Month Extension | Hybrid Working Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer looking to contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives that make a real difference to Australians? We are seeking multiple Salesforce Developers to join a high-performing digital delivery team responsible for delivering innovative, citizen-focused solutions within a complex enterprise environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work on modern Salesforce platforms, leverage emerging AI-assisted development capabilities, and contribute to the delivery of impactful technology solutions. What You'll Be Doing As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions within an Agile delivery environment. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and supporting Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptorsBuilding and maintaining integrations using REST APIs, Platform Events and related technologiesContributing to AI-enabled development capabilities, including the use of Claude Code within Salesforce development practicesWorking with source control and DevOps toolsets including GitLab, GitHub and BitbucketCollaborating with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and Atlassian tools such as Jira and BitbucketEnsuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with best practice development standardsSupporting accessibility-focused design and development initiatives About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: 3 to 5 years' hands-on Salesforce development experienceStrong experience with Salesforce Vlocity/OmniStudio technologies including Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptorsSolid understanding of object-oriented programming, frameworks and design patternsExperience with source control tools, package-based development and DevOps practicesStrong integration experience including REST APIs and event-driven architecturesExperience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience/Community CloudKnowledge of Salesforce Governor Limits and platform best practicesAn appreciation for accessible and inclusive digital experiences Highly Regarded Delivery of three or more Salesforce CRM implementations using Agile methodologiesSalesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certificationsOmniStudio Developer CertificationExperience with AI technologies, configuration and customisation What's on Offer 12-month contract with a potential 12-month extensionHybrid work arrangementsLocations available across Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Geelong and BrisbaneOpportunity to work on large-scale, nationally significant digital programsCollaborative Agile environment with modern development practicesExposure to emerging AI-assisted software development capabilities Eligibility Requirements Australian Citizenship is mandatoryMust hold a Baseline Security ClearanceCandidates must be willing to work a minimum of three days per week in the office in line with current hybrid working arrangements Apply Now If you're passionate about Salesforce development, enjoy working in Agile environments and want to help deliver meaningful digital outcomes at scale, we'd love to hear from you.
