Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve the overall employee and end-user experience. Troubleshoot complex ServiceNow issues and provide technical support and root-cause analysis. Support platform upgrades, releases, testing, and deployment activities. Ensure development follows ServiceNow best practices while minimizing unnecessary customization and maintaining platform upgradeability. Collaborate with architects, administrators, business analysts, infrastructure teams, service management teams, and business stakeholders.
