Job Description a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } Senior Front-End Software Engineer (React.js, Next.js, Playwright, AI Copilot) Overview / Summary We are seeking a Front-End Software Engineer III to develop and maintain the front-end/client-side of web applications, with a focus on user interface and user experience. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with JavaScript, CSS, React, Next.js, and Playwright, along with an understanding of basic AI concepts and their application in software development. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work four days per week, Monday through Thursday. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements while advocating for user-centric software solutions.Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering solutions using various tools, languages, frameworks, and technologies.Follow architecture guidelines to maintain a unified and coherent approach to development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, back-end developers, and architects.Create mock-ups and prototypes to visualize new features and participate in user interface design reviews and product demonstrations.Perform functional automated testing and UI testing to ensure quality development.Continuously improve application performance by fixing bugs, optimizing the application, and implementing new technologies to improve development efficiency.Apply programming practices such as cross-browser compatibility testing, SEO principles, and accessibility standards.Design, develop, and deliver user-friendly, interactive experiences using enterprise brand standards and templates for a consistent user experience.Develop front-end applications using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, and React-based frameworks.Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in user interface design. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree.6+ years of IT experience.4+ years of software development experience.Practical experience in two coding languages or advanced practical experience in one coding language.4+ years of experience with Next.js.4+ years of experience with Playwright.4+ years of experience with React.Strong skills in JavaScript.Strong skills in CSS (Cascading Style Sheets).At least 6 months of AI Copilot usage.Solid understanding of basic AI concepts and how AI is applied in software development.
