About The Role We are seeking a skilled React Developer to join our dynamic team at JobDiva, Inc. in San Leandro, California. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing engaging and scalable user interfaces for our enterprise-level applications. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers, you will contribute to the creation of high-quality web applications that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Your expertise will help shape the future of our platform, ensuring it remains innovative, efficient, and user-centric. Additionally, you will have opportunities to mentor junior developers, lead complex technical initiatives, and influence the development of application standards across teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in front-end development, specifically with React.js.Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.Familiarity with version control systems like Git.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement responsive and scalable user interfaces using React.js.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and translate them into functional UI components.Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices and coding standards.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the development process.Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of web applications.Assist in the integration of front-end components with backend services and APIs.
