Full Stack Developers

Job Title: Full Stack Developer – React.js & Java Experience: 3–6 Years Employment Type: Contract(Hybrid) Location: [Netherlands] Department: Technology / Engineering Job Overview We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot for backend development. The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on building modern, responsive, and scalable frontend applications using React.js, while also being comfortable developing and integrating backend services using Java and Spring Boot. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.Build reusable, scalable, and high-performance UI components.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product teams.Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve application performance and production issues.Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.Write unit and integration tests and ensure application quality.Work with databases and develop efficient queries when required.Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.Required Skills Frontend – Primary Requirement Strong hands-on experience with React.js.Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript.Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.Experience with React Hooks, functional components, and state management.Experience with REST API integration.Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.Experience with frontend debugging and performance optimization.Backend Strong knowledge of Java.Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.Good understanding of authentication and authorization concepts.Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and common design principles.Additional Skills Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab or similar version-control systems.Understanding of CI/CD practices is a plus.Knowledge of Docker or cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure is an advantage.Good understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Candidate Profile React.js should be the candidate's primary technical strength.Candidates with a strong Java + Spring Boot background and hands-on React.js experience are preferred.Experience working on end-to-end web applications will be an advantage.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a development team.Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
