About The Role
As Process Engineer Lithography, you will be responsible for ensuring stable, capable, and reproducible lithography processes in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment.
You will drive process improvements, solve complex technical challenges, support the introduction of new technologies, and work closely with production, maintenance, quality, and development teams to achieve excellence in safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.

Ensure stable, capable, and reproducible lithography processes in daily semiconductor manufacturing operationsMonitor and improve process performance using SPC, process capability indicators, and manufacturing data analysisInvestigate process deviations, non-conforming lots, and yield excursions and drive sustainable corrective actionsIdentify process-related quality issues and support continuous yield and defect reduction initiativesSupport root-cause analysis activities using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 5Why and 8DDefine, execute, analyze, and document experiments to improve process capability, productivity, quality, and cost performanceSupport qualification, release, and implementation of new processes, materials, and equipmentContribute to process change management, industrialization projects, and technology transfers into productionCreate and maintain process documentation, work instructions, OCAPs, specifications, and training materialsConduct technical training and knowledge sharing for production teamsParticipate in FMEA activities and support risk assessment and mitigation measures
This is you
University degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Microsystems Engineering, or a comparable technical disciplineFirst professional experience in semiconductor manufacturing, process engineering, or a comparable high-tech production environment is advantageousKnowledge of lithography processes and semiconductor manufacturing technologies is desirableStrong analytical thinking skills combined with a structured and systematic working approachPassion for solving technical problems and driving continuous improvementAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsHigh level of ownership, initiative, and accountabilityPractical mindset combined with attention to detail and quality orientationGood German and English communication skills, both written and spoken
