Site Reliability Engineer

🎯 Interview: In-Person – Final Round We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to support a high-traffic, public-facing banking website built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Edge Delivery Services (EDS). This is a build-and-run SRE role focused on CDN/Edge reliability, web performance, observability, incident management, CI/CD, and operational resilience. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Own CDN, Edge, DNS, TLS, WAF, caching and cache invalidation • Build RUM, synthetic monitoring, Core Web Vitals dashboards and alerting • Monitor and improve public website availability and performance • Lead customer-facing incidents and production escalations • Manage vendor escalations with Adobe and other technology partners • Own Git-based CI/CD, release controls and rollback processes • Develop disaster recovery, resilience and operational runbooks • Define and track SLOs, SLIs and error budgets • Integrate CDN/edge logs into enterprise SIEM • Manage third-party scripts and their impact on website performance • Support change management, audit evidence and regulatory requirements ✅ Must-Have Skills • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise CDN platforms • Deep knowledge of CDN caching, invalidation, origin, Edge, DNS and TLS • Experience with Akamai and/or Cloudflare is highly preferred • Strong WAF and Bot Management experience • SRE/Production Support and Incident Management experience • Experience with RUM, synthetic monitoring, observability and SIEM • Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and web performance • Ability to understand JavaScript, CSS and browser/network behavior • Strong Git, CI/CD and Infrastructure/Configuration as Code experience • Experience working in regulated environments is preferred • Automation experience with Python, Java or JavaScript ⭐ Nice to Have • Adobe Experience Manager / AEM Edge Delivery Services • AEM Assets as a Cloud Service • Banking or financial services experience • SaaS/vendor-operated platforms • English/French bilingual experience • Accessibility and SEO knowledge
