D365 CRM Developer

Fixed Term Contract until 30 June 2027| Hybrid Sydney CBD | Dynamics 365 | Power Platform | Azure We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a high-performing technology team and play a pivotal role in designing, developing and enhancing a large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment supporting core customer, sales, service and marketing functions. This is a hands-on contract opportunity where you'll own solutions end-to-end, from design and development through to deployment, support and continuous improvement. Key activities: Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions across Dynamics 365 CRM and Power PlatformBuild and maintain custom functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, Plugins and Web APIsDevelop integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and Azure servicesImprove platform reliability, performance and security through proactive engineering practicesCreate and optimise Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and Power BI reportingHelp modernise legacy solutions, reduce technical debt and drive engineering best practiceCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams and delivery partners in an Agile environmentProvide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance across the development lifecycle Skills and experience required: Proven experience delivering complex Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM solutionsStrong development skills across C#, .NET and JavaScriptDeep expertise with Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power PlatformExperience building plugins, custom APIs, integrations and automation solutionsStrong SQL/T-SQL and data modelling experienceExperience with Power BI reporting and analyticsKnowledge of Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps and GitExcellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills Nice to have skills: Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or related Dynamics 365/Azure certificationsExperience in regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare or financial servicesExperience modernising legacy Dynamics environmentsAutomated testing and DevOps experience across Power Platform solutions About Avant Avant is Australia’s leading medical defence organisation, proudly supporting medical professionals for over 130 years.
