You will:
Design and evolve scalable, enterprise-grade backend solutions that power innovative financial and digital products.Mentor and develop backend software engineers across different levels of seniority, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Partner with DevOps and cross-functional teams to turn technical ideas into robust, impactful features and deliver them at scale.Encourage open communication, knowledge sharing, and new ideas while providing regular coaching and meaningful career development.Help recruit and onboard exceptional engineering talent, strengthening the team’s capabilities and technical impact.
Skills/ Experience:
2+ years in a leadership positionProficiency with the latest .NET technologies Experience using caching technologies like Redis Familiar with systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ
Salary/Remuneration: €70,000 - €75,000 (Depending on Experience) + Health insurance, Bonus, Flexible hours (Hybrid) & Parking
